Description

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER the Small Business (SB) Set-Aside of Small Disabled Business (SDB) IAW FAR 19.502-2.� ��This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 (effective 26 October 2020). �The NAICS code is 518210 and the small business size standard is $35,000,000.� The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated Ordering Period start date of 03 May 2021.� Description of Product: This requirement consists of providing Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Credits to assist with their cloud migration. �This contract is contemplated to be a FFP IDIQ with one 5-year ordering period. �The price of the credits, to include any discounts will be fixed for the life of the contract. �The attached approved brand name J&A directs contractors that the CSP credits should be from Amazon Web Services. �The Contractor shall ensure the cloud-based platform delivered will provide account management, including data usage notifications, and be compliant with all DoD and FedRAMP guidelines. �This requirement shall be performed IAW the terms and conditions set forth in the Statement of Objective (SOO) and the contract.
