Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to procure Quest TOAD Software�at Quantico Marine Corps Base. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above�Security Systems to the firm of DLT Solutions, LLC, 2411 Dulles Corner Park Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20171. The proposed contract action is for Security Systems Services and maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: The contract is for a period of a twelve (12) month base year from base year from April 03, 2021 through April 02, 2022.�A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 11:00 a.m (EST), 16 February 2021. Late responses will not be considered.
