The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center, G-Staff intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to Elsevier, Inc., New York, NY for subscription renewal to �Science Direct Online � College Edition�. Elsevier, Inc is the only vendor able to provide electronic access to the journals and books compiled in this online library. All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130.
