What: Defense Health Agency (DHA) Fiscal Year (FY) 21 Industry Day Requirements Exchange When: 27 January 2021, 0900 EST Where: Remote, via�Microsoft Teams Live Registration for the January 2021 DHA virtual Industry Day Requirements Exchange is now live. Register for the event by submitting the form located at this link: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=mT-XW99360uyfaoMcLhILNjHgy0sppFNqOfZsgiir_tUMldGMEdWRjdWVUkzMzFQMzBYVVBKQ0dUTyQlQCN0PWcu Please read the form instructions carefully before submitting a response. DHA plans to conduct a virtual Industry Day Requirements Exchange (IDRE) to advise industry about its FY21 requirements and business opportunities. This IDRE will take place on�27 January 2021 at 0900 EST. This forum will provide participants the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the requirements that will be presented. Interested parties should look for a follow-up to this notice that will include a detailed agenda and additional event information. DHA will post the presentation materials at least one day prior to the event. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level. DHA will send participants a Microsoft Teams Live�link prior to the event for access. The government does not anticipate conducting any �one on one� meetings with interested vendors. Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance but are not required to do so. Participants may submit questions to the government during the event through the�Microsoft Teams Live platform. An event recording and a Q&A summary will be made available after the event for those unable to attend. Please submit advance questions to�dha.ncr.acquis-procure.mbx.industryday@mail.mil.�Questions should include the subject line ""27JAN 21 IDRE Vendor Question - [Insert Company Name] - [Insert Detail Here]"". Do not include any procurement sensitive, controlled unclassified, or classified information in submitted questions. This IDRE announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This IDRE announcement does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the government is not, at this time, seeking proposals for any requirement discussed in IDRE materials. Responders are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this IDRE announcement. The government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this IDRE announcement will be solely at the responding party's expense.
