- Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Industry Day 2021.� Engaging with Industry on the un-consolidated ITSM Contract represented by the three requirements Managed Services, Cyberspace Operations Forces and Support (COF) and Chief Information Security Office (CISO). The event will consist of two parts. Part One: A presentation of the breakdown of the requirements and discussion with Industry from 0800-0930 Central. As TEAMS is a limited platform, each company will be limited to two (2) attendees. Additional attendees will be removed from the list. An email with the TEAMS link will be sent in advance. All responses to the RFI will be reviewed and utilized for market research.� Please follow the instructions below to request a one-on-one session. Submit your�RFI response including�a request for a one-on-one by 1500 CT on�8 Jan 2021. The first 60 RFI responses received (that include a request for a one on one) will be allocated a 20 minute session with the requirement teams
