- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 13 and 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award on a competitive basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The solicitation number N00244-21-Q-0063 shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this solicitation. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 and DFARS Change Notice 20210115. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 315210 with a size standard of 750 Employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 10:00 AM (PST) San Diego, California Time on 09 February 2021. Submit vendor offer to the Contract Specialst, Mrs. Michelle Muniz, via email to the address michelle.muniz@navy.mil and stating - Solicitation N00244-21-Q-0063 �LAUNDRY AND SEWING SERVICES FOR ACB-1 - at subject line. This procurement is for: CLIN 0001: Launder 180 lbs. two times a month, every other Tuesday. CLIN 0002: Launder and Sew �SEABEE� patch onto the right blouse pocket in accordance with US Navy Uniform Regulations. on 250 each NWU Type III Blouses per quarter. Pick-up and delivery of the 250 blouses will be spreaded out through the quarter with the following schedule: � Pick-up and Delivery: Every other Tuesday. In the event that a Tuesday falls on a federal holiday, service will be provided on immediate next working day CLIN 0003: Provide sewing services to make new patches for current Sailors and new Sailors checking with hard Velcro on back on 250 each NWU Type III Blouses : a. Rank insignia with a coyote brown background, black insignia, and hard Velcro sewn on the back. b. Name tag with the Sailors last name, coyote brown background, spice brown name, and hard Velcro sewn on the back. c. Name tag with the sailors last name, blood type, associated Command Company, and Velcro sewn on the back Pick-up and delivery of the 250 blouses will be spreaded out through the quarter with the following schedule: � Pick-up and Delivery: Every other Tuesday. In the event that a Tuesday falls on a federal holiday, service will be provided on immediate next working day SEE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND PATCH JPEG�S FOR FULL DETAILS. Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, offerors are hereby directed to submit question(s) not later than 10:00 A.M. San Diego, California time on 08 February 2021.
