Description

UPDATE 2 February 2021: The purpose of this modification is to change the primary POC from Mr. Antonio Dates to Ms. Nastashia Willoughby at nastashia.d.willoughby@usace.army.mil. Please see the revised Instruction to Offerors. All other terms and conditions remain the same. SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $19.5 Million. Contractor shall be required to perform all work defined under the scope referenced to Janitorial Services in PITTSBURGH, PA. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package.� All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail only to antonio.n.dates@usace.army.mil No Later than 14 February 2021, 12:00 pm EST. Available through beta.SAM.gov The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 27 January 2021, to all authenticated account holders of beta.SAM.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.�
