Description

This is a presolicitation notice for Water Damage Restoration and Repair at the Daniel K. Inouye Regional Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. NOAA anticipates the release of a Request for Quotation using FAR Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.�This procurement will be offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants.�The associated NAICS code is 236220.� The small business size standard is $39.5 Million. The performance period shall be from the date of award through one year. A draft copy of the Statement of Objectives (SOO) is attached to this notice. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.�The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities website (http://www.beta.sam.gov) and is tentatively scheduled for issuance on February 5, 2021.� A site visit is tentatively scheduled for March 1, 2021. Interested vendors shall contact the Contracting Officer as soon as possible, but not later than February 5, 2021, and supply the attached forms for security processing. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this or any future solicitation notices.
