Description
There is currently a technical issue delaying the posting of amendment, SPE4A221R00030001 into DIBBS system.� We are currently working to resolve the issue.� The closing has been extended to April 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST.��Attached is the updated ASC NIINs list (672 items), located under the section titled Attachments/Links.� The minimum bid requirement remains at 25% or 168 items.� Evaluation Factor I: Cyber Security Level 1 applies.� ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ This notification is issued to announce that Solicitation#: SPE4A221R0003 for the Aircraft Structural Components (ASC) Reform Effort has been extended to April 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST.� In addition, updates have been made to the Pricing Worksheet to remove items with no demands and update the evaluation criteria for Evaluation Factor I: Cyber Security (attached in DIBBS under SPE4A221R00030001). All proposal documents found under Solicitation#: SPE4A221R0003 and SPE4A221R00030001 should be submitted with the proposal.� Failure to submit all required documents could result in an unacceptable proposal. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ ***This notice is to annouce that technical data for Solicitation#: SPE4A221R0003 in c-folders is now accessible. In addition to the solicitation, a Small Business Virtual Industry day will take place on Thursday, 01/21/21, to address questions regarding the RFP.� �If your small business is interested in participating, please provide the following: Company�s Name POC�s Email Address Phone Number Questions Please provide this information to Michael Weigartz at Michael.Weigartz@dla.mil �NLT noon EST on 01/08/21.� Subsequently a meeting invite will be forwarded to your company�s point of contact.��If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the POC listed below. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ ***This notice is to update�the general public that a solicitation�for the upcoming Aircraft Structural Components�Project �is estimated to post on or around 16 October 2020. ** ____________________________________________________________________________________ This Synopsis is related to Request for Information - Aircraft Structures Project SPE4AX20RASCP The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation seeks to solicit 822 NIINs with the intent to award multiple Long Term Contracts (LTCs) as Indefinite Quantitiy Contracts.� DLA Aviation intends to issue this soliciation as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.� While offers will be evaluated on a line by line basis, with intent to award the best value offer for each line, a minimum bid requirement of 25%, or 205 NIINs, shall apply, such that any offering reflecting less than 25% of the solicited population, or 205 NIINs, shall not be considered for award.� Details of the NIINs to be solicited are included in the NIIN listing attached to this synopsis.� DLA Aviation intends to issue the soliciation pursuant to this synopsis using a combination of FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures, as both comercial and non-commercial items are included in the NIIN listing. Where avaialable, DLA shall provide technical data through CFolders to be issued with the solicitation. This synopsis is not a request for proposal.
