Description: Questions pertaining to the RFQ are due 8 February 2021 at 1100 EST. The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section (INL - U.S. Embassy, Colombia) requires one (1) Bell 206B3 helicopter.� The United States Government recognizes that the Bell 206B3 is no longer in production; therefore this will be a procurement of helicopter that are not in a �new condition.�� The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials & equipment, etc. to supply INL Colombia/Colombian National Police with one (1) Bell 206B3 helicopter meeting the specifications attached.� Only bell 206B3 serial numbers 4300 onwards are acceptable. Only Bells 206B3s with 5000 hours total time and below are acceptable.
