HT, KDHT, ETC.) 05 *DELIVER ON FLATBED TRUCK ONLY* 06�**MATERIALS WILL BE COUNTED WHILE BEING UNLOADED**� 07 *IMPORTANT - COVID CHECK REQUIREMENTS BELOW* 08 **MUST CALL POC/BASE AT LEAST 24 TO 48 HRS IN ADVANCE** TO ENSURE 21 BASE IS IN OPERATION AND PERSONNEL WILL BE AVAILABLE TO 09 RECEIVE/OFFLOAD MATERIALS AS WELL AS TO VERIFY IF ANY CHANGES TO DRIVER ID REQUIREMENTS AND GATE PROCEDURES 10 **UPON ARRIVAL AT TRUCK CONTROL, DRIVER MUST STRESS THAT THEY HAVE BOSS MATERIAL � LUMBER, PALLETS, PLYWOOD, ETC.** 11 SHIP TO: DoDAAC: SB3213 DLA DISTRIBUTION RED RIVER ATTN: SHERRY MONTGOMERY RECEIVING BLDG 437 10TH STREET AND AVENUE K TEXARKANA TX 75507-5000 12 FOB point shall be Destination. 13 Partial deliveries are authorized and acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. 14�Delivery Schedule: Partial Deliveries beginning 14 � 21 Days or sooner after receipt of order. Level A Packaging is Required: Level A refers to additional packaging on the units of lumber or plywood. The unit must be paper wrapped, must have metal straps w/ minimum 2,000 lbs tensile strength, must be on 4"" x 4"" dunnage that is HT stamped and must have a label attached to the unit that indicates exactly what the material is along with the contract, delivery order, TCN and NSN numbers.
