- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order�to BAE Systems Information and Electronics of Greenlawn, New York for modification of�H14-103U software in order to correct the azimuth error resulting in azimuth accuracy issues identified during Combined Interrogator Transponder (CIT) F/A-18 flight testing.�Additionally, the Contractor will perform qualification and certification testing, and generate documentation required to support testing and AIMS re-certification of the -40 CIT.��These efforts are being awarded on a sole source basis to pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source�.� Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities may contact Mr. Abe Leidner at BAE at abe.leidner@baesystems.com and phone number (631) 262-8204.� The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
