Description

SITE PREP FOR CARESTREAM DRX-EXCEL PLUS AND CANON ULTIMAX-I, NEW YORK HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, BROOKLYN CAMPUS This is a TWO-PHASE DESIGN BUILD ACQUISITION - ALL Qualified Offerors may submit for Phase I. After Phase I evaluation, selected Phase II Offerors will be notified for Phase II submission. Provide turnkey services to include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design and construct the site preparation needed to install a new CARESTREAM DRX-EXCEL PLUS AND CANON ULTIMAX-I in accordance with equipment manufacturer and VA design requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $39.5 million. Per FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 This a Total Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned- Small-Business (SDVOSB) Procurement. The anticipated award date of the proposed contract is on or before March 30, 2021. Potential contractors must be registered in Beta SAM (www.beta.sam.gov), VetBiz (www.vetbiz.gov) and Dun & Bradstreet (www.dnb.com) at time of offer submission and during the award of this procurement. The period of performance shall be 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
