- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE iCAD Service & Support Preventative Maintenance & Repair Plan Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide preventative maintenance & repair services on the iCAD diagnostic markings to mammography images as described below that will not interrupt the continuum of care. This requirement is defined primarily by existing hardware and software already in use at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center, 200 Veterans Avenue, Clarksburg, WV 26301. The government is contemplating a Base +4 option period Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the patient population at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND The iCAD imaging system consists of the following. This system consists of proprietary software provides diagnostic markings to the 2D and 3D mammography images . This requirement is being driven by existing equipment already in place on the facility. SCOPE This service will be for the iCAD imaging system. The contractor will provide: Routine Preventative Maintenance and Calibration to the equipment, On-Site Support field service, Critical Updates to the Application Software, Functionality Upgrades to the Application Software, Interface Modification, Interface Conversion, FDB Updates, and On-Site Training. DELIVERABLES Turn-around time 2 business days.
