Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call to Kurin, Inc. for Safety Slide Needles and Peripheral IV Connectors. Estimated contract award to be $165,000.00. NAICS 339112 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 1:00 pm. MST on February 5, 2020. A determination by the Government whether to issue additional Blanket Purchase Agreements for this requirement will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to issue additional BPAs.
