The Western Area Power Administration (Western), Rocky Mountain Region RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement.� The work includes but is not limited to: Elevator Maintenance located in Western�s Montrose Operations Center (MOC), Montrose, Colorado.� FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
