Description: This action is to establish a Requirements Contract for the acquisition of the C-5 Main Landing Gear (MLG) consisting of the Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-26 ; NSN 1680-01-213-3841UC) and Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-25 ; NSN: 1680-01-213-3842UC), with five, 12 month ordering periods.� The best estimated quantities for the Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-26 ; NSN 1680-01-213-3841UC) for each ordering period are: Ordering Period I: 50 each, Ordering Period II: 18 each, Ordering Period III: 21 each, Ordering Period IV: 20 each, Ordering Period V: 19 each.� The best estimated quantities for the Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-25 ; NSN: 1680-01-213-3842UC) are:� Ordering Period I: 22 each, Ordering Period II: 14 each, Ordering Period III: 18 each, Ordering Period IV: 16 each, Ordering Period V: 16 each. Estimated Delivery 365 Days ARO receipt of Order. Ship to: SW3119/ F.O.B Origin.�� Award is anticipated on or before September 2021. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-25 ; NSN 1680-01-213-3842UC) is the primary actuating mechanism utilized for retraction and extension of the main landing gear and door assembly. Dimensions: Length 45.2000 inches; Width 29.2000 inches; Height 21.7000 inches; Weight 269 kgs. Material: Steel/Aluminum. The Mechanical Actuator (P/N 42357-26 ; NSN 1680-01-213-3841UC) is the primary actuating mechanism utilized for retraction and extension of the main landing gear and door assembly. Dimensions: Length 45.1000 inches; Width 29.1000 inches; Height 21.6000 inches; Weight 269 kgs. Material: Steel/Aluminum. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Triumph Gear Systems, CAGE 84202, 6125 Silver Creek Dr., Park City, UT 84098-6242 13 pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1); FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 60�days of this notice.
