Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to�Perfinity Biosciences, Inc.�for the following: Forty (40) Perfinity Workstation trypsin columns characterized and optimized�for fast on-line tryptic digestion of lipid samples in CDC's Apolipoprotein quantitation method to support existing Perfinity on-line digestion and LC-MS/MS systems.�The Perfinity digestion buffer is optimized to work with the Perfinity trypsin columns for a highly efficient digestion while providing higher peptide recovery. The Perfinity trypsin columns are capable of a fast sample trypsin digest at 50�C while functioning optimally during analytical analysis of an average of 2000 injections per week. Columns must be compatible with CDC's existing fully automated on-line system and be stable up-to 50 C-degree temperature and withstand high pressure.� This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is a notice of award and is not a request for competitive quotations.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. This notice will expire�on 12:00 pm on February 18, 2021.
