10,000 GALLONS - ARGON GAS (BULK ISSUE), MINIMUM 99.998% PURE. MSDS REQUIRED WITH EACH SHIPMENT. 8,000 GALLONS - NITROGEN GAS (BULK ISSUE), MINIMUM 99.998% PURE. MSDS REQUIRED WITH EACH SHIPMENT. ***AWARD WILL BE FOR A ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10,000 GALLONS.***� QUANTITY LISTED REPRESENTS THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY THAT CAN BE ORDERED WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD. IF THE WATERVLIET ARSENAL REQUIRES LESS THAN 10,000 GALLONS FOR THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, A MODIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED TO DECREASE THE QUANTITY AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT TERM.� ***CONTRACTOR TO DELIVER AUTOMATICALLY ON A SCHEDULE AGREED TO BY BOTH PARTIES.***� ***CHECK IN WITH SHIPPING/RECEIVING AT BUILDING 35E PRIOR TO DELIVERY.*** Delivery point: F.O.B. DESTINATION. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
