The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to identify companies interested and capable of providing an attorney for a full range of legal representation and services to represent VA Northern California Health Care System psychiatrists seeking to certify veteran conservatees at Medication Capacity Hearings, also called Riese Hearings. The contractor will provide attorneys for Riese Hearings and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) hearings. They do not provide WRIT services. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 541110 with Small Business size of $12 million.
