Description

Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify companies that have the resources and capabilities to provide COVID-19 Cleaning Services for the VHA National Center for Patient Safety 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr Ann Arbor, MI 48106. Description of Work: This is a requirement for disinfectant cleaning service to be administered in office space leased by VHA National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS) located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Vendor awarded this order shall agree to doing application of disinfectant using Clorox Total 360 electrostatic sprayer (or equivalent) every Saturday of each week, beginning approximately February 1, 2021 through September 25, 2021. All workers must have security clearances in order to have weekly after-hours access to Suite M2100 at Dominos Farms Office Park as deemed by VA authority in accordance with lease agreement between tenant and property owner. Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from companies that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: 1. Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address). 2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing cleaning services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar healthcare facilities. 3. GSA contract number, if your company has one, that includes a RSO line item and coverage includes the Ann Arbor, MI geographical area. Responses must be submitted by 2:00 PM (EST) February 8, 2021. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to Allison Lewis at Allison.Lewis1@va.gov . This request for information/sources sought notice is for planning purposes ONLY. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.).
