- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey(ACC-NJ ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) is seeking potential sources for the production of a Long Range Precision Guidance Kit (LR-PGK) to support a FY24 rapid fielding requirement. This requirement is for a quantity not to exceed 4,000 LR-PGK kits to be delivered at a rate of no more than 150 per month with initial production to support deliveries beginning in 4QFY24. A First Article Test Report is required prior to any initial deliveries to the Government. The LR-PGKs must be capable of safely and reliably providing effective artillery fires at extended ranges. �Sources must submit testing data supporting this requirement with the response to the market survey. The full system requirements and interfaces for the LR-PGK are defined in the Performance Requirement Document (PRD). Prospective sources are requested to provide details on the proposed and their ability to meet the PRD requirements along with the ability to enter into required production to support delivery rates for a safe and effective product. Sources must be able to prove the ability to quickly set up production lines. All responses to this market survey must be provided in the English language. All interested sources shall provide a detailed description of existing designs (which meet current needs), identifying key components (to include sub-systems and associated vendors, etc.), system capabilities, technology readiness levels, and manufacturing readiness levels. � This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only, and it does not constitute a Request for Proposal. All information received in response to this market survey (marked �Proprietary�) shall be handled accordingly. Responses to the market survey will not be returned. This market survey is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. �� Prospective sources will be limited to the United States and Canada. Only responses from United States and Canadian sources shall be considered. � Interested sources may obtain the PRD, upon request and coordination with POCs listed below. �A Non-Disclosure Agreement (available upon request), a DD2345, and Form 1350 must be submitted prior to receiving the PRD. The PRD is Distribution Statement D: DISTRIBUTION AUTHORIZED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND U.S. DOD CONTRACTORS ONLY.
