- Requirement: Annual Sybase maintenance. Market research revealed that SAP National Security Services, Inc. is the OEM and owner of the source code information of the existing Sybase software licenses; and therefore, the only manufacturer that can provide the required software maintenance and support for these licenses. Sybase holds their own ESI BPA agreement and does not sell maintenance through any other third party resellers for the items we require. The SAP ESI BPA # N660119A0010 belongs to Carahsoft Tech Corp. Buyer posted sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) to GSA Ebuy and upon closing six (6) responses were received from vendors, but only one (1) quote was furnished. The quote received from Carahsoft Technology Corporation for a total of $153,144.79, which is identical to the unit price previously paid. Carahsoft Technology Corporation also maintains pricing in accordance with GSA schedule GS-35F-0119Y.
