Description
Task Order No. HSCG23-16-F-PMA155 provides comprehensive travel management center (TMC) services for Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty Station (TDY) travel for the USCG. TDY travel is from the travelers PCS to location(s) more than 50 miles away and back to the Permanent Duty Station (PDS). They are usually of relatively short duration, typically from two days to two months in length, but may be for up to a year in duration. TDY service provided by a travel management center (TMC) is required for USCG members to make lodging, rental vehicle and commercial transportation arrangements associated with USCG official temporary duty travel. All military, civilian, auxiliary personnel and invitational travelers performing temporary duty travel for the USCG use the TMC for official travel. PCS travel includes one way travel between PDS locations, and consecutive overseas tour (COT) leave travel which is normally round trip travel. Adtrav completes travel requests and sends the travel costs and the travel transaction fees to the Travel Centrally Billed Account (CBA) for payment under the authorization of an approved travel order and the two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) on PMA155. The Statement of Work (SOW) details the required travel services and reports, and the Estimated TDY and PCS_Transaction_Fee attachment sets the fee structure for Adtravs travel transaction processing. Task Order No. HSCG23-16-F-PMA155 provides travel agent services at the USCG Training Center (TRACEN) located in Cape May, NJ. The on-site travel agents maintain the one central telephone number for all USCG travel needs; provide direct travel support to Cape May recruits; and directly support travel requiring the Alaska Marine Highway System ferry reservation service. See the J&A for more information.
