- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Conneticut City: East Hartford Delineated Area: North: Interstate 291 East: Interstate 84 to Interstate 384 to Silver Lane to Oak Street South: Hills St. to Forbes St. to Maple St to Rte 2 to Rte 3 to Connecticut River West: Connecticut River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,906 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,906 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Industrial, Ware Yard Parking Spaces (Total): 42 Parking Spaces (Surface): 42 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 42 Full Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: warehouse shall have a minimum clear or working ceiling height of 16 feet clear. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in East Hartford, CT that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
