Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service contract, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 2121401Y4271K62001 applies, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 (FEB 2021). This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333414 and the business size standard is 500 employees. U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� HEATER RENTAL FOR FRC KATHLEEN MOORE HULL ITEM 0001 � RENTAL EQUIPMENT Procure (2) 800-899K BTU DSL Indirect Heater with Fuel Cube Rental for the FRC KATHLEEN MOORE HULL Vender must deliver and install the units as well as provide training on startup / shut down procedures of the Climate Controlled System. When rental is complete, the vendor shall return for the pick-up of the equipment. Delivery and Pick up cost included in the cost of the rental. The vendor shall provide a Technician in a timely manner in the event of malfunction to the equipment. Quantity: 1 JB.� �� Performance start date: �FEBRUARY 11, 2021 � APRIL 23, 2021.
