- RFQ Amended on 2/4/2021.� Amended to add the following shipping instructios to Section F of� RFQ: For ease of receipt and payment procedures, in lieu of one bulk delivery, please stagger deliveries as CLINS become available.� This will allow for shorter inspection time frames and partial payments as CLINS are received and accepted.� Cap Screws.� See attached Formal Request for Quotation SPMYM3-21-Q-7014. NOTE� �Due to the size of the fle containing the associated Exhibits, Exhibits will�be provided seperately via e-mail upon vendor request.�� A valid DD Form 2345 along with a signed Security Agreement� is� required to receive the associated drawings.���� The Security Agreeement is provided as an attachment. NOTE� �Quotes to be e-mailed to donna.getz@dla.mil
