- 1. Solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0014 is a 100% Total Small Business Set-a-Side and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the following item: NOUN: Relay Box NSN: 5945-01-201-8291 PART NO.: 12328511:19207 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) BASIC QUANTITY: 88 EA OPTION QUANTITY: 100% 2. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. Please refer to Section C of the solicitation�for directions on how to access this information. 3. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs). Please refer to Section D of the solicitation�for additional information. 4. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: SU W0MC ARMY GENERAL SUPPLY CENTRAL RECIEVING 10TH STREET AND K AVENUE TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000 NOTE: The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions, when at no additional cost to the Government. 5. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A. Include the number and date of each amendment. 6.
