Description

1. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit quotes for a full service dental laboratory providing all transportation, labor, supplies, supervision and materials required to fabricate dental prosthetics in accordance with prescription specifications for Boise VA Dental Clinic, Boise, ID. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is 36C26021Q0290. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be fixed-price. The applicable NAICS code is 339116 Dental Laboratories and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is being solicited as open market and a will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 3. The anticipated contract period is 10 days from the date of award. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contract Opportunities website, https://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 08 February 2021 and the anticipated closing date is 18 February 2021.
