This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 Effective January 19, 2021. The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a firm fixed priced contract Fluid Management System, Hysteroscope Kit and Endometrial Ablation Controller with Foot Pedal. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (750 Employees). Responses will be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. New product(s) only. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Quotes must be valid for 60 days. Prospective offerors shall be a registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. Vendor Questions All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Cynetra.Moore@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than Monday, 2/08/2021 by 10:00 AM Eastern. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. Answers to Vendor Questions Answers to vendor questions will be posted on sam.gov no later than Wednesday, 02/10/2021 by 10:00 AM EST. You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any C.W. Bill Young or Bay Pines Veterans Health System staff to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process.
