- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT and is for informational/market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2. SOURCES SOUGHT: CLASSIFICATION CODE: S- Service NAICS CODE: 561730 (Landscaping Services) SIZE STANDARD: $8,000,000 Dollars SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking businesses that are capable of providing the following requirement for Landscaping Services. The work consists of cutting and trimming all grass on property, blowing off all sidewalks and driveway, edging all sidewalks, flowerbeds, and driveway, hedge trimming, de-weeding of flowerbeds, spraying crack grass in driveway, sidewalks and patio, and all debris, trash, leaves, etc. shall be removed from the property. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and equipment to perform above services for the Mississippi Valley Division Commanding General�s residence, Everest, Vicksburg, Mississippi. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price with the expected period of performance of one (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All successfully submitted responses will receive an acknowledgement by return email and shall not exceed five (5) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages.
