- Sources Sought Notice Notice Number: W912P721S0005 Title: Boiler Replacement Classification Code: 4410 NAICS Code: 238220 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE.� NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.� THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIAL QUALIFIED BUSINESS CONCERNS PROVIDING SERVICES UNDER NAICS 238220 The US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, San Francisco Bay Model Visitor Center requires removal of the existing boiler and installation of a new hot water heating boiler. The objectives of the SOW are to remove and replace the existing boiler with a new boiler that meets or exceeds 506L 500 MBH (147 KW) Input, 489 MBH (143 KW) Output 97.8% AHRI Thermal Efficiency stainless-steel hydronic hot-water natural-gas fired boiler. The old boiler needs to be disconnected and removed from the site. The new boiler needs to be installed and connected. The existing connections at the site will need to be rerouted to match the new boiler. The new boiler will need be started and tested prior to completion of contract. The Contractor shall replace existing hydronic hot-water natural gas 500 MBH boiler 450 to 550 MH, minimum 95% stainless-steel condensing natural gas fired hydronic boiler, to include new circulating pumps, rearranged piping (as necessary), and all electrical power/controls. Typical operating conditions are hot water out at 160 F @ 30psi and water return at 140 F @ 10 psi. Companies that can provide the requirement described are requested to email the GOV point of contact with a capability statement. Vendor must be active and registered in SAM.gov. The report should include any other information relevant to your capabilities. Also, the following information is requested to be provided as part of the response to this source sought notice: Small Business status: Identification and verification of the company as an SBA certified 8(a) firm, HUB Zone, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business or Small Business for NAICS Code 238220. (2)� A CAGE Code and/or DUNS Number. (3)� Business Address. (4)� List of services provided. (5)� Proof of being a licensed contractor eligible to work in the state of California (6)� Examples of experience for similar services within the past five (5) years.� Examples (if any) of experience with the Federal Government not more than 5 years old. For example, if you have had contracts with the Government during the past 5 years, provide a list of those contracts. (7) Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research.
