- This is a Sources Sought Notice.� This is not a Request for quote or an invitation for bid.� DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture the item listed below.� Drawings are not available.� Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity for review. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for part number BT MR001 which is associated with national stock number 8145-01-603-5483.�� This item is for a Mobile Arms storage system.� This sources sought notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material because of this inquiry.
