- 05 February 2021 Update This revision is to notify industry that the estimated release date for the Formal RFP is now estimated to be on or around 10 February 2021. At this time it is still anticipated that this will have a proposal response date of 15 March 2021. Additionally, please expect the following changes in the formal RFP. PSC Code is changed from 5840 to AC31 All Other Than Small Businesses will be required to submit a subcontracting plan per FAR requirements in clause 52.219-9 outlined in Section L&M. Factor II: Small Business Participation remains unchanged as the factor with requirement to submit a Small Business Participation Commitment Document with a template included as an attachment to the RFP. 28 January 2021 Update This revision is to notify industry that the estimated release date for the Formal RFP is now estimated to be on or around 4 February 2021. At this time it is still anticipated that this will have a proposal response date of 15 March 2021. 21 January 2021 Update This revision is to post Questions and Answers in result to industry feedback received for the Draft RFP. The attached Q&A form also references document sections (i.e. L&M, RFP, etc.) for where updates/revisions will be made in the Formal RFP to provide clarification. Original This notice serves as the synopsis to the Range IDIQ Support Effort IAW FAR Subpart 5.2. Proposed Solicitation Number: FA8210-21-R-5001 Contract Award Amount: Estimated Ceiling is $950 million� Contract Award Number/ Award Date: TBD Line Item Number: See Draft RFP Contractor: TBD Included in this notice is a Draft Request for Proposal with associated attachments. This Draft RFP does not constitute a formal solicitation release. Any feedback from Industry with regards to the Draft RFP shall be submitted to the identified Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by the response date. Additionally, the RISE team would like feedback on the deadline for proposal submission and subsequent oral presentation events.� The team would like to know if proposals and oral presentation power point briefs could be sent sooner to the Government -- since the evaluation is being held orally with no price evaluation -- or if the final RFP should hold to the anticipated�15 March deadline?
