Description

Modification to Pre-Solicitation Notice The pre-solicitation notice for project # 757-20-205 Construct Generator Docking Station, has been modified. Specifically paragraph 3 has been modified to read as follows: SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This solicitation will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All bidders MUST be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov/SAM/ and www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ to be eligible for award. Bidders MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired prior to bid opening date. Project magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS code is 238210 and the business size standard is $16.5 million. SDVOSB self-performance must be in accordance with 13 CFR § 125.6, and VAAR 852.219-10(d)(4) Duration of the project shall not exceed 150 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
