- The purpose of this amendment is to answer question Set 1 & 2, attached updated Price Schedule, and clarify changes to the PWS regarding the Price Schedule. Attached are Q & A for Set 1 & 2 as well as the updated Price Schedule. PWS clarification: Attached is a revised PWS Amend 1. Section 12.0 Requirements has been updated in red with old information strikethrough in black. The CLIN structure stated in the PWS has been modified. The Price Schedule attached to this amended RFQ will be the CLIN structure used in the resulting contract. The estimated number of prescriptions per month has been stated for each VAMC. If the station goes over the estimated number per month, each station will modify the Task Order at that time. Please price accordingly.
