- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Erie VA Medical Center - Erie, PA anticipates the award of a Base plus four (4) Option Years fixed-price service contract in-accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) for: Mattress Lease Services These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please view the Unrestricted Solicitation for additional information regarding this requirement. Award will be by Lowest-Priced Technical-Acceptable (LPTA). The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 532490 Information and solicitation documents will be posted on the website of Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the posting of the solicitation package, any addenda s to the solicitation, and any other pertinent information. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with an effective date prior to submission deadline. The Government is not obligated to award a contract because of this notice, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be in-writing to the Contract Specialist. Include the telephone number and email address of the main point of contact (POC) of the person inquiring.
