- Good morning, The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, registered under NAICS code 339114, capable of providing the brand name products below for Fayetteville VA Medical Center: 26 EA Item # 6256213 HD Plus Heliodent Wall Version Long Reach 70.472 Inches 26 EA Item # 1000007354 Schick Size 2 Kits Sensor, Spare Cable Kit, Sheaths, Sensor Holder, USB Interface, USB Cable. 26 EA Item # 1000004364 Ethernet Wall Mod 50 EA Item # 5960377 3D Workstations 2 EA Item # 6149293 Xeon Quad Core 3d Server 40 EA Item # 6149962 Labor, Install, and Train All respondents shall indicate the following: Whether or not they are small business manufacturers of the products they wish to offer, or Whether or not they are distributors of a small business manufacturer. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. Do you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture utilizing multiple owned companies as majority or non-majority owner? Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. If the contractor can provide the above product and services, please indicate in your response that the above requirements can be met and provide a brochure of its product. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
