Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.� The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following items: The vendor will replace the current credenza in Conference Room 206 located Bldg 3071, currently used by CCDC CG.� One new credenza will be procured to provide proper thermal management of equipment housed within the credenza.� The vendor will disassemble and remove existing racks of equipment from the current cabinet, reinstall and reassemble racks and equipment in new custom built, ventilated credenza.� The vendor will reconnect wiring, existing infrastructure cabling, and system programming to ensure the system is fully operational, tested and measured for optimum performance.� The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Iron Bow Technologies, LLC.� The equipment is currently under warranty.� (see Justification for further details) The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337211 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. �All responses received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time, February 18, 2021.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.� For questions concerning this Notice of Intent, contact Ms. Toni M Foster, toni.m.foster.civ@mail.mil.� Posting date of this requirement is February 8, 2021.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.�
