Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service(NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to The Children�s Health Market (DUNS 613578517), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Only one source reasonably available. The Children�s Health Market, is the sole publisher of the health education curriculum currently used by the Gallup McKinley County School District. NAICS 511120 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies may provide a capability statement. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email no later than 2:00 pm.
