- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.��This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-04. Award(s) will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as past performance, capability to accomplish this type of work, and price. The USDA Forest Service intends to award no more than three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) from this combined synopsis/solicitation.� The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to set up multiple agreements for Red Cockaded Woodpecker (RCW) Raking of cavity trees on the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Francis Marion Ranger District, South Carolina.� These agreements will be good for a period of 5 years (date of award = 5 years). The NAICS code assigned to this project is 115310 (Support activities for Forestry) Size standard $8.0 million.� The PSC code is F099. �As needed, raking will be acquired by placing calls against a BPA.� The contractor is responsible for following the SOW attached to this solicitation. Each order becomes a binding contract at acceptance of the order by telephone or email or failure to reject the order within two (2) working days after notice. The TOTAL ordering capacity for ALL BPAs issued is not limited. However, each BPA shall be valid for up to a period of five years. Each call off the BPA cannot exceed $45,000. Quoters submitting prices should refer to the Attached Schedule of Items, Specifications, and Requirements. Prices submitted shall remain in effect for one full year from date of award.� After the initial year and subsequent years after, offer�s new price quote must be sent to the Contracting Officer prior to the year ending of the agreement or the prior year�s price will remain in effect (due to CO by day of award each year). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:� All questions must be in writing by email to theresa.peterson@usda.gov and must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 10:00 am MT, February 10, 2021.��Solicitation Number: 120363N21Q4001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is being advertised as Total Small Business set aside. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement. Solicitation closes February 11, 2021 10:00 am MT and award date is expected to be within one week.��A site visit can be arranged prior to February 9, 2021 by contacting Kelly Wetzel Wilson @ 843-670-9465 or Paul Churchill @ 843-259-9884 at the Francis Marion Ranger District.� This is a site visit only and all questions must still be submitted to the Contracting Officer. In response to this RFQ, Offerors should submit the following to theresa.peterson@usda.gov; Completed Schedule of Items Three past performance reference to include: a) Company Name, b) Point of Contact, c) Phone Number of Contact, and any prior experience in raking RCW Trees. Completed FAR 52.212-3 � Offeror Representations and Certifications must be completed in SAM. If contractor needs to provide information different from what is in SAM, provide it with RFQ or update SAM.
