Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Laguna Niguel Delineated Area: From point of beginning at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Crown Valley Parkway where the City of Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo meet, proceeding east along Crown Valley Parkway to Antonio Parkway, north on Antonio Parkway to Highway 241, north on Highway 241, proceeding northwest along Highway 241 to Highway 133, south on Highway 133 to Portola Parkway, west on Portola Parkway to Sand Canyon Avenue, south on Sand Canyon Avenue to Interstate 405, south on Interstate 405 to Highway 133, south on Highway 133 to Highway 73, east on Highway 73 to Pacific Park Drive, south on Pacific Park Drive to Aliso Viejo Parkway, south on Aliso Viejo Parkway to Aliso Creek Road, south and east along Aliso Creek Road to Moulton Parkway, south on Moulton Parkway to Crown Valley Parkway, northeast on Crown Valley Parkway to point of beginning at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Crown Valley Parkway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 71,947 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 87,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 39 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 39 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements contained�in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire-safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
