- STRAP,HARNESS POWER; End Item: AIRCRAFT, T-38 PR 88024366 �is FOB Origin, I/A Origin. NSN (1680-995096944) is a STRAP,HARNESS POWER. This solicitation is for a quantity of�1,656 each.� Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: MARTIN-BAKER AIRCRAFT CO LTD (CAGE U1604) P/N: MBEU187918. The required delivery is 365 days ARO. This NSN has configuration control, critical application item, Export Control, and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is March 9th 2021.
