Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information Regional Contracting Office � Hawaii, The Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii has a requirement for Sceptic Removal Services for Containerized Latrine Unit�s (CLU) at 895 McMahon Road, Building R1054 on Schofield Barracks, HI 96857. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W912CN-21-Q-TB02. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the lowest priced responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the combined synopsis/solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in the Solicitation. The Product Service Code (PSC): J079 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Cleaning Equipment and Supplies This is a restricted buy and the associated NAICS code is 562991 � Septic Tank and Related Services. ���������������� �Is being set-aside for 100% for small businesses Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.� No telephone requests. The 196th INF BDE wants to purchase a septic removal services for 895 McMahon Road, Building R1054 on Schofield Barracks, HI 96857 per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. Bid All or None. All Services offered must include the technical specifications of the PWS. Brief description: The Contractor, during normal operation, shall purge (2) CLUs of human waste three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each CLU consists of two individual sinks per unit, four (4) toilets per unit, and one urinal trough per unit. Each unit is equipped with a three hundred gallon capacity waste holding tank. The contractor shall purge CLUs units during Training Exercise or other identified exercises (6) times a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. (Training is estimated to occur 1 time per year for 30 days). (a)** Basis for Award: The request for quotation uses streamlined acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 as authorized. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from competitive quotes received in response to this solicitation. The quote will be evaluated for a fair and reasonable price. The award decision will be made to the lowest priced offeror conforming to the Performance of Work (PWS). (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.� Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
