- Description
- Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Local Property Movement Services within Metro Manila.� If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on 28 January 2021 10:00am at the GSO Conference Room, US Embassy Seafront Compound, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. Please send the name/s of your representative/s (maximum of 2 pax) for the pre-quotation conference no later than 1:00pm, 25 January 2021 through email at ManilaContracting@state.gov and LegayadaBB@state.gov. Access to USG facilities will not be permitted without prior access clearance. Quotations are due by February 22, 2021 no later than 4:30 PM. Electronic submissions will be accepted. For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1, Prices Section 5, Representations and Certifications; Additional information as required in Section 3.
