- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with a status of the SETIS Phase I screening (down select) decision.� The FAA intends to announce its screening decision in or before the third quarter of Fiscal Year�2021. All vendors that submitted Phase I proposals will receive notice of the screening decision as it regards their individual proposals prior to the decision�s being posted to beta.Sam.gov. ANNOUNCEMENT The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified small and large businesses that possess highly specialized and skilled engineering and technical resources to fulfill future agency requirements. PURPOSE The FAA intends to award multiple contracts to a mixture of small and large businesses under this screening information request (SIR) for a broad range of Research, Service Analysis, and Strategic Planning, Systems Engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic support services, and other aviation related support services, that will enable the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives. Vendors are solely responsible for all costs incurred with the preparation and submission of their proposal packages. The maximum total period of performance of this contract is ten (10) years or 120 months consisting of: Base Period � Three (3) years (or thirty-six (36) months) Option Period One - Three (3) years (or thirty-six (36) months) Option Period Two - Two (2) years (or twenty-four (24) months) Options Period Three � Two (2) years or (twenty-four (24) months) PROPOSAL SUBMISSION IMPORTANT:� All potential offerors must register and be granted access to the SETIS Landing Site in order to provide comments, ask questions and submit a proposal responding to the SETIS SIR. PLEASE READ SIR AND ALL ATTACHMENTS CAREFULLY FOR ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS ON PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Your offer MUST cite your Cage Code and Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS). The NAICS code for this contract action is 541330.� Please ensure that your firm is SAM registered (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/).� The point of contact for this SIR is Mr. Elijah Gross, who may be contacted by e-mail at SETIS@faa.gov.� All Offeror questions, concerns, and clarification requests must be made in writing and submitted to the FAA via the designated KSN Site no later than 4:00 PM, EST, January�21, 2020.� Proposal submissions for Volume I (Phase I) are due no later than March 20, 2020. Failure to submit timely proposals will exclude the proposal from consideration. The proposal submission due date for Volumes II � VII (Phase II) will be posted once Phase I evaluations are complete. The FAA will evaluate Volume I Past Performance (Phase I) from each responsive Offeror to determine which Offerors may submit Phase II proposals. All Offerors will be notified of the FAA�s decision.
