Description: This solicitation is for Janitorial Service for an�USDA Forest Service building located at the Sabine District Office National Forests and Grasslands in Texas.� The award will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a base period through March 31, 2022 plus four, one-year option periods. Offerors or quoters are expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. This is not a new requirement.� Current Contractor is Star Professional Cleaning. �Last contract was awarded for $17,986 with period of performance from 6/03/19 to 03/31/21.� Scope of work has not changed.� No other questions�will be answered.� For questions not found in this solicitation�may be directed to Latricia Robbins, latricia.robbins@usda.gov with the subject line of: Sabine District Office inquiry.
