- This requirement is to provide grounds maintenance service at Offutt AFB, NE 68113. See the attached solicitation for details and instructions. ***As of 2/9/2021 there have been a total of two (2) amendments to this solicitation.� A second round of questions and answers will be held and the deadline for quotes has been extended.� See the SF30 amendment for details. All offerors must include a signed copy of all of the SF30 Amendment documents with their quote, this ensures all offerors know and understand the changes in the amendment.
