Cisco Meraki MX450 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation POC: TSgt Ryan Smith, ryan.smith@agdz.delpoyed.af.mil COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA5422-21-Q-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, Dated 19 Jan 2021. Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email by 15 February 2011 no later than 09:00 HOURS AGADEZ LOCAL TIME. Requests should be marked with solicitation number FA5422-21-Q-0003. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The delivery shall be within two weeks after award of contract. FOB: Destination Quote submission information: Quotes shall be e-mailed to ryan.smith@agdz.deployed.af.mil is the preferred method for offer submission. Your offer shall include a signed copy of the attached RFQ document or company equivalent with all of the requested information. Address questions by email no later than 12 February 2021 1500 HOURS AGADEZ LOCAL TIME. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation provides the lowest priced quotation that is found to be technically acceptable. Required items: This requirement is for the procurement of a Cisco Meraki MX450 Firewall in accordance with the below salient characteristics for use at AB 201 in Agadez, Niger. Stateful firewall, 1:1 NAT, DHCP, DMZ, static routing Identity-based policies Auto VPN� self-configuring site-to-site VPN Client VPN (IPsec) User and device quarantine VLAN support and DHCP services 2 � 10GbE SFP+ (WAN) 8 � GbE (RJ45) 8 � GbE (SFP) 8 � 10GbE (SFP+) USB: 1 � USB 2.0 for 3G/4G failover (supported devices) Capable of handling up to 10,000 user INFORMATION MUST BE DETAILED ENOUGH TO ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE A TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE DETERMINATION. Delivery: Delivery will be via APO Mail. Contractor must be able to ship to APO. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Pricing: Prices are Firm-Fixed Priced based on the contractor�s pricing submitted in response to the RFQ.� Invoices: Invoices shall be submitted based on the Payment Schedule identified on the individual Delivery Order.� This invoice shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil), or they shall be submitted via email if payment via bank transfer or local currency.
