- AMENDMENT 01: THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is incorporated below. Solicitation number W50S6V-21-Q-0001 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 effective 19 January 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210 with the small business size standard being 750 employees.� The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Cold Wear Gear for the Colorado Air National Guard at Buckley AFB, CO as set forth in this document.� Please reference solicitation # W50S6V-21-Q-0001 on all correspondence.� The Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.� PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. PARTIAL AWARDS MAY BE MADE.� Due Dates: Questions due by: 9 February 2021 @ 12:00 P.M. MST ����������� -Shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the points of contact listed below -Responses to questions will be provided in the form of an update to the solicitation on Contract Opportunities Quotes due by 11 February 2021 @ 2:00 P.M. MST -Pricing shall be valid for 60 days after the quote due date -Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to the points of contact listed below Delivery:� 20 Days after award of contract Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR Clause 52.232-18. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(g) which is incorporated by reference, the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
